• From 30 June to 17 July 2026 for Parcoursup applicants (including students changing study programmes) who have definitively accepted their admission offer (i.e. they have no remaining pending choices) by 11 July 2026 (included) at the latest
• From 30 June to 24 August 2026 for:
  • Parcoursup applicants (including students changing study programmes) who definitively accepted their admission offer between 12 July and 23 August 2026 (included)
  • applicants submitting a Preliminary Admission Request (Demande d’admission préalable – DAP)
  • students repeating a year
• from 30 June to 11 September 2026 for Parcoursup applicants (including students changing study programmes) admitted during the additional admission phase

• From 30 June to 15 September 2026 for the second and third years of undergraduate programmes, including Bachelor's degrees (Licence – L2/L3), the second year of the Diploma in Scientific and Technical Studies (Diplôme d'études universitaires scientifiques et techniques – DEUST2), the Professional Bachelor's degree (Licence professionnelle – LP), the second and third years of the University Bachelor of Technology (Bachelor universitaire de technologie – BUT2/BUT3) and the General Training Diploma (Diplôme de formation générale – DFG) in health and medicine

We strongly recommend paying online by credit or debit card via PAYBOX. You can pay in a single payment or three instalments.

If you are enrolling at the University of Strasbourg for the first time

You will need to request your Pass Campus student card: https://monpasscampus.unistra.fr

If you have previously enrolled at the University of Strasbourg

You keep your existing Pass Campus student card. You can collect the 2026–2027 annual sticker from your Academic Administration Office (scolarité) and attach it to your card.
